About

I'm a technology operations leader who helps organizations scale by turning complexity into clear, durable systems. I began my career as a creative technologist, working in web development, motion graphics, and video production for agencies and brands including Discovery Channel, Sears, and JVC. That creative foundation trained me to think visually, communicate clearly, and translate abstract ideas into practical execution.

Since 2016, I've led technology operations at The Brief Lab, where I helped grow the company from roughly $1M to over $5M in annual revenue. I've built and owned the systems behind that growth—CRM architecture, automation workflows, cloud infrastructure, reporting dashboards, and vendor strategy—while reducing operating costs by as much as 30% and eliminating hundreds of hours of manual work each year through automation.

My work sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. I partner closely with executives, sales, marketing, and client services teams to align technology decisions with business goals, improve visibility through data, and create systems that scale without adding unnecessary complexity. The through-line in my career is simple: make work easier, clearer, and more effective so people can focus on what actually matters.

From 2020 to 2023, my wife and I lived in Germany, an experience that sharpened my appreciation for thoughtful communication and collaboration across cultures and distributed teams. Today, we're back in the Chicago suburbs raising our son and staying grounded in family and community. I bring that same sense of intentionality to my work—building systems that support growth, clarity, and long-term impact.
