Sales Training Micro-Learning Platform
A modern online training platform built to help consumer-electronics sales teams communicate complex product value with clarity and confidence. The Hub delivers concise 20–30 minute modules, integrated quizzes, downloadable reference tools, and real-time progress tracking. I designed and developed the interface, course experience, and demo environment, translating vendor product knowledge into an effective micro-learning system optimized for engagement, retention, and sales impact. The project included UX design, LMS configuration, module structure, certification workflows, and branded training assets based on real-world CE industry scenarios.
Preferred Choice Inspections Website and Video
I led the full redesign and media production for Preferred Choice Inspections Inc., a trusted home inspection company based in Geneva, IL. This project blended strategic web design with branded photo and video assets. The goal was to create a clean, professional site that builds trust and drives online bookings.
